We are excited to announce that Qualifico now supports HubSpot CRM integration, in addition to our Dynamics 365 for Sales integration.
With our new HubSpot integration, Qualifico could:
- Create and update contact records in HubSpot
- Retrieve contact properties that will be presented in the Live Visitor page while engaging with prospects
- Sync chat history to HubSpot contact records
- Identify associated deals with contact records and surface the information in the Qualifico live dashboard
