Lead Generation with Qualifico and Dynamics 365 for Sales

Here are the steps for how to setup with Qualifico:

  1.  Under the admin section, create a new Interaction
  2. In the interaction Bot Flow, drag a new message and set its content:

  3. Next, drag a question and set it as a custom question with the following options:

  4. Complete the flow with asking the visitor to provide an email in case they are interested in the promo code:

  5. Save, activate.

Once the visitor enters their email, the above scenario will create a new Lead record in Dynamics 365 with the email field set to the visitor's input and the conversation transcript associated as a Note to the lead timeline.
